Title: Senior Data Analyst, Places & Route Planning

Mission

Every consumer on earth purchases in one of three places: online, big-box retail, or mom-and-pop shops. Paradoxically, the largest commercial channel is, by far, humble traditional trade shops. Yet they remain fragmented, offline, and opaque.

Native is the first intelligence-grade system built to penetrate this opacity. Each analog store is digitized into a dynamic graph where noise is filtered into low latency signals, transforming the antiquated offline world into advanced digital intelligence. Commercial leaders gain the precision to see what others cannot, store by store, rendering decisive decision advantage to win the market.

Join the ground floor of the only platform engineered to decode the analog economy into operational dominance.

Talent Values

  • High Leverage: Transforms complex data into scalable, repeatable outputs that save others hours or days of effort.
  • High Agency: Relentless sense of ownership in the outcome, regardless of circumstance, acting decisively to shape the environment rather than being shaped by it.
  • Curiosity With Discipline: An evidence seeking, measurement mindset without succumbing to analysis paralysis, and a penchant for experimentation.
  • Intellectual Honesty: Certain enough to act, humble enough to always be learning

Role

  • Own the Data: Take full ownership of the spatial and operational data that power Native’s place-matching and route-planning systems. Clean, structure, and validate large-scale geographic datasets, from raw GPS traces and merchant coordinates to delivery routes. Ensure the data foundation accurately reflects the real world and is ready for high-stakes routing and matching decisions.
  • Operationalize Insight: Translate complex spatial and routing data into actionable insights. Analyze how places are matched, merged, or misaligned across data sources; uncover inefficiencies in routing logic; and identify bottlenecks or anomalies in travel patterns. Build dashboards and metrics that monitor routing accuracy, place coverage, and network efficiency in real time.
  • Execution at Velocity: Deliver analyses quickly and precisely, balancing depth with speed. Move from ad-hoc exploration to structured reporting, providing fast, dependable intelligence that informs customer outcomes. Use analytical rigor to prioritize improvements in matching performance and route reliability.
  • Analyze for Impact: Analyze how location quality and matching accuracy influence operational results such as delivery latency or match success rate. Identify where mismatched data creates inefficiencies in time.
  • Evaluate how suboptimal routes affect operational performance, especially through longer distances or delays. Determine where route planning introduces efficiency losses and guide teams toward data-driven solutions that directly optimize field logistics.
  • Evolve the Platform: Strengthen the analytical infrastructure supporting place and route intelligence. Develop reusable tools, queries, and visual frameworks that make it easier to measure, compare, and improve routing efficiency and place accuracy over time. Help define the metrics that determine the quality and reliability of Native’s spatial network.
  • The velocity, precision, and scale at which Places & Route Planning transforms noisy, real-world signals into structured, dependable intelligence that powers every route planned and every place matched.

Requirements

  • Analytical Mastery: Demonstrated ability to turn complex spatial, operational, and behavioral data into clear insights that directly improve place accuracy, routing efficiency, and network reliability. Designs analyses that inform strategy and optimize real-world outcomes at scale.
  • Technical Fluency: Deep command of SQL, Python, and workflow tools. Comfortable querying distributed data systems, building reusable analytical frameworks, and automating repeatable workflows. Strong intuition for structuring large, noisy datasets into decision-ready intelligence.
  • Domain Expertise: Understands how location data, mapping accuracy, and routing performance drive operational success. Grasps the nuances of place-matching logic, travel time modeling, and geographic coverage — translating them into metrics and analyses that guide product and operations.
  • Operational Rigor: Delivers reliable analysis under ambiguity and time pressure. Balances speed with precision, ensuring stakeholders have timely, trustwo
