We’re Hiring: Affiliate Manager

We’re looking for a transparent, professional, and proactive Affiliate Manager to join our team and help us grow our Pay Per Call affiliate network.

What you’ll do:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new media buyers who can generate high-quality inbound calls
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and media buyers
• Manage compliance and ensure affiliates meet our quality standards
• Work confidently with Ringba
• Handle IOs and affiliate invoicing processes
• Monitor call quality, performance, and traffic sources
• Work closely with existing affiliates to increase volume and performance
• Continuously expand and diversify our affiliate pipeline

What we’re looking for:

• Established relationships with onshore and nearshore media buyers
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, Pay Per Call, or media buying
• Strong communication skills and excellent follow-through
• Comfortable managing IOs, invoicing, and affiliate operations
• Strong understanding of call quality and performance metrics
• A proactive, results-driven mindset — someone who actively looks for new opportunities and partnerships rather than simply managing existing accounts
