Aratek Innovation Private Limited is seeking a hands-on LATAM Support Engineer to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Aratek solutions. You’ll provide remote and on-site tech support for Aratek hardware and software and assist customers with SDK/API integration across Windows, Android, and Linux platforms.
You’ll collaborate with Sales and Product teams for pre-sales consultations, conduct training for partners and end-users, and supply field feedback to product teams.
