Summary & Role Information:

For this role we are looking for passionate people with excellent technical and communication skills.
As a Business Processes Consultant, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.

This role provides you opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments.

Consultant will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful S/4HANA implementation project:

  1. In Explore and Realize phases, consultant will conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices and SAP standard.
  2. Propose recommendations to optimize and improve business processes in Deploy phase.
  3. Support customer to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.
  4. Support business processes continuous improvement once customer is operating SAP S/4HANA.

To meet the challenging requirements, you should be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You should also be creative, open-minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Development of ABAP programs. ABAP consultant must have participated in end to end implementation projects from Discovery to Run phase.

• Minimum 3 years experience.

• ABAP performance optimization using ABAP tools such as ST03N, STAD, ST12, ST13, etc.

Highly desirable:

  • Implementation of SAP functional modules, e.g. FI, CO, SD, MM, TM, EWM, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, preferably with HANA database and CDS Views.
  • Knowledge of fundamental web technologies, like HTTP, SOAP, XML, REST.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• The ideal candidate will have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, science or engineering.

• Experience in ABAP and more programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript).

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Spanish – Fluent in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
English – Proficient in both spoken and written (Mandatory)
Portuguese – desirable, not mandatory
