You will be responsible for leading the company’s technological and operational evolution, driving the modernization of platforms, the adoption of generative and agent-based artificial intelligence, modern architectures, blockchain, and new technologies that enable the development of scalable, secure, and innovative financial products.
This role will oversee a technology organization of more than 250 people, so we are looking for an executive with the ability to develop high-performing teams, manage complex transformations, and turn technology into a strategic business enabler.Ideal Professional ProfileProfessional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Requirements:
* Valid PMPcertification .
* Certifications or demonstrable training in agile methodologies.
* Solid knowledge of digital transformation and technological modernization.

* Experience managing technology organizations with more than 250 employees.

* Knowledge and experience with blockchain technologies.
