Who We Are

Bueno Law is a Queer immigration law firm dedicated to assisting the LGBTQ+ community, survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, and other marginalized individuals in obtaining legal status in the U.S. We specialize in removal defense, family-based immigration, and humanitarian cases (T visa, U visa, VAWA, SIJS, asylum).

We are growing and looking for Immigration Paralegals to join our team This is a remote, full-time position with growth opportunities.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage your own caseload and track deadlines.
  • Draft forms, declarations, and legal arguments.
  • Prepare and file petitions with USCIS and other government agencies.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and governmental agencies.
  • Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure smooth case processing.
  • Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence.

What We're Looking For – Hard Skills:

  • Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese (or both).
  • Excellent legal writing and research skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote setting.
  • You must have a private computer, a strong internet connection, noise-canceling headphones, and a private workspace.
