Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) seeks a Sr. Policy Manager for its Embedded Labs Program in Colombia. The role shapes growth across internal systems, external outreach, and policy-oriented engagements with governments and partners.
You will oversee the full range of the program's work, lead multi-country projects, and translate rigorous research into actionable policy. Strong leadership, communication, and MEL experience are essential; travel up to 25% is expected.
