Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Information Security Manager to lead our cybersecurity initiatives. The ISM will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security program, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide security strategy.
  2. Oversee security operations and incident response.
  3. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, FDA, and other standards.
  4. Lead the security awareness and training programs.
  5. Manage risk assessments and vulnerability management.
  6. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate security into business operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 10+ years of experience in information security, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  3. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
  4. Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
  5. Language required: English, B2 or above.
