We're Hiring: Full Stack Engineer (Mid-Level & Senior-Level)

We are looking for talented Full Stack Engineers (Mid-Level & Senior-Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have strong backend experience in Python and FastAPI, with some knowledge of React for frontend development. Whether you're at the mid-level with 3+ years of experience or at the senior-level with leadership expertise, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mid-Level: Build and enhance new features, fix bugs, and support both frontend and backend development. Collaborate with engineers, including DevOps, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Senior-Level: Lead development efforts, mentor junior engineers, make architectural decisions, and contribute to the product vision. Develop new features, optimize functionality, troubleshoot issues, and take ownership of deployment pipelines and DevOps tasks.
  • Develop and optimize backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.
  • Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate with React and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of new API endpoints for dashboard reporting, data aggregation, and visualizing data rather than manipulating it.
  • Work within an Agile team environment and contribute to CI/CD processes for smooth deployment.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to support deployment pipelines and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Mid-Level: At least 3 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Senior-Level: At least 4-5 years of experience in full stack development, with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
  • Backend experience with Python and FastAPI.
  • Proficiency in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Senior-Level: Proven experience in leading teams, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.
