Job Description

What is this position about?

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, your core duties will entail designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining business intelligence products for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End BI Implementation: Manage the full BI lifecycle from data modelling and report building to delivery and post-implementation support.
  2. Tableau Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports in Tableau.
  3. SQL Expertise: Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  4. Business Knowledge: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide actionable insights through BI solutions.
  5. Cross-Tool Integration: Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  1. Studies in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  2. Proficient hands-on experience with Tableau (Looker and/or Google Analytics are nice to have as additional tools).
  3. Solid SQL experience, demonstrating the ability to create and maintain tables and views, with an understanding of SQL best practices for query performance.
  4. Familiarity with ETL tools.
  5. Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights across teams.
  6. Ability to show initiative and work independently.
  7. Leadership experience is highly valued.
  8. Experience with Python is a plus.
