Propósito del Cargo:
El Líder de Planeación y Control de Recursos Humanos (RH) para LATAM es clave para optimizar la planeación financiera relacionada con la fuerza laboral y asegurar operaciones de RH eficientes en costos en América Latina. Este cargo brinda análisis financiero detallado, pronósticos de personal, control de gastos y analítica de la fuerza laboral para ayudar a los líderes a tomar decisiones alineadas con las metas estratégicas, objetivos de rentabilidad y cultura de alto desempeño de SGS.

Como enlace principal entre RH, Finanzas y la alta dirección de LATAM, este cargo se enfoca en:

  • Mejorar el control financiero de gastos de personal, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Liderar iniciativas para reducir costos, identificando gastos innecesarios relacionados con personal.
  • Desarrollar modelos precisos para planeación de personal, trabajando con las Comunidades de Práctica (CoP) de RH LATAM.
  • Monitorear programas de reestructuración asegurando que se logren los beneficios financieros esperados.
Responsabilidades Principales:

Pronóstico y Control de Gastos de Personal:

  • Liderar pronósticos mensuales y anuales de costos laborales, asegurando su alineación con los planes financieros.
  • Analizar diferencias en gastos de personal vs. presupuesto, identificando causas principales y tendencias.
  • Colaborar con equipos de RH y Finanzas para optimizar gastos laborales, garantizando alto retorno en la inversión en capital humano.
  • Realizar modelos detallados para escenarios de expansión del personal, incrementos salariales y programas de reestructuración.
  • Desarrollar modelos precisos de presupuesto laboral junto con RH y Finanzas, asegurando planificación efectiva de bonos y ajustes salariales.

Programas de Reducción de Costos y Eficiencia Laboral:

  • Identificar oportunidades para ahorrar costos relacionados con personal, optimizando gastos sin afectar el desempeño.
  • Trabajar con Finanzas y RH CoP para evaluar gastos administrativos (SG&A) de personal y proponer mejoras en eficiencia.
  • Implementar análisis comparativos para evaluar costos laborales de SGS frente a estándares de la industria.

Desarrollo de Modelos Efectivos de Planeación Laboral:

  • Diseñar metodologías de planeación laboral basadas en datos, alineando la oferta de talento con necesidades del negocio.
  • Colaborar con RH CoP LATAM (Gestión de Talento, Compensación Total y Planeación Laboral) para definir marcos estratégicos de planeación de personal.
  • Crear modelos de pronóstico de personal a corto y largo plazo, asegurando asignación óptima de recursos.
  • Brindar información clave sobre la fuerza laboral para apoyar estrategias de contratación, expansión y retención de talento.

Reportes y Seguimiento de Personal:

  • Monitorear y reportar tendencias del personal, incluyendo seguimiento de empleados (FTE), rotación y métricas de productividad.
  • Proveer tableros e informes periódicos sobre personal para líderes de RH y del negocio, facilitando decisiones proactivas.
  • Asegurar que los modelos de servicios compartidos de RH y nómina tercerizada (ADP) estén alineados con objetivos de planeación laboral.

Presupuesto de RH y Asignación de Gastos Administrativos (SG&A):

  • Apoyar equipos financieros en LATAM en presupuestos y pronósticos, asegurando que los presupuestos de RH sean precisos y rentables.
  • Monitorear asignaciones administrativas, garantizando que los cargos sean aplicados correctamente en todas las unidades de negocio.
  • Revisar y validar procesos de refacturación, acumulaciones, recargos y reconciliaciones de bonos.

Control de RH en Programas SGS Renew y Reestructuración:

  • Actuar como guardián de RH LATAM para SGS Renew, garantizando que los programas de reestructuración generen beneficios financieros esperados.
  • Realizar análisis periódicos comparando personal y FTE, asegurando que las reducciones de costos mejoren resultados financieros.
  • Dar seguimiento en tiempo real a programas de transformación laboral, asegurando cumplimiento con objetivos organizacionales.
  • Analizar programas de reestructuración para identificar eficiencias en costos, mejoras en productividad y oportunidades para reasignar talento.
  • Apoyar a líderes LATAM con datos claros para decisiones sobre reestructuraciones.

Governance, Cumplimiento y Gestión de Riesgos de RH:

  • Implementar controles internos para validar transacciones financieras relacionadas con RH.
  • Asegurar que las reconciliaciones de nómina, pagos de bonos y costos de beneficios cumplan con requerimientos financieros de SGS.
  • Apoyar a los equipos de Finanzas y Legal en auditorías relacionadas con RH y asuntos regulatorios.
Qualifications
  • Requisitos del Cargo:
  • Más de 7 años de experiencia en control de RH, FP&A, planeación laboral o análisis financiero.
  • Experiencia en pronóstico de personal, análisis de costos laborales y presupuestos en organizaciones multinacionales.
  • Experto en modelado financiero, seguimiento de gastos administrativos (SG&A) y analítica de RH.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en Power BI, SAP, Workday u otros sistemas similares de RH/Financieros.
  • Experiencia previa en Servicios Compartidos (GBS) es deseable.
  • Alta orientación al detalle, procesos estructurados y gestión efectiva de riesgos financieros.
