Strategic Finance Manager — Global Growth

The Flex is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to oversee global financial controls, reporting, and analysis as we scale across multiple markets. You will partner with founders and leaders to improve profitability, manage budgets, and drive strategic financial decisions.

You will own end-to-end financial processes, including consolidation, cash flow, and performance metrics, while collaborating with property teams, operations, and revenue management to support rapid international growth.
