Applications Development Programmer Analyst – Inclusive Hiring Program
Location: Bogotá, Colombia (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
English Level: Advanced (B2+)

We are seeking an Applications Development Programmer Analyst to join our Technology team in Bogotá.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications.
- Analyze technical issues, identify solutions, and support implementation activities.
- Perform testing, debugging, and code development based on design specifications.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver technology solutions.
- Support system improvements and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
- Apply industry standards and best practices to solve business and technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
Qualifications
Required
- Disability certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced English level (B2+ or higher).
- Knowledge of Java and/or .NET technologies.
- Understanding of software development, testing, and debugging processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Up to 2 years of experience in software development.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience working in multicultural or global environments.
