We are looking for a full-time developer to join a small, collaborative product team. You will work closely with the lead developer and product owner to build new features, improve existing functionality, fix bugs, and maintain a reliable codebase.

Responsibilities
- Build new features and improvements based on detailed specifications
- Understand requirements fully and ask questions when anything is unclear
- Identify and fix bugs
- Maintain code quality and system reliability
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Identify potential risks or issues before development begins
- Test completed work against the requirements before submission
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional Python development experience
- Experience with web development
- PostgreSQL experience preferred
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience using Git in a shared codebase
Preferred Qualification
s- Odoo development experience, ideally with Odoo 17–19
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor
- Experience working with third-party APIs and integrations
- Experience with e-signature and email integrations
