Your Role
The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for the following across MicroSourcing Colombia.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Lead Generation
- Assist in executing lead-generating activities to support open requisitions, including job portal postings, social media sourcing, referrals, university and industry partnerships, and other non-traditional sourcing strategies.
- Support the promotion and administration of employee referral programs, including representation during New Hire Orientations when required.
- Ensure job advertisements are accurate, complete, and posted on approved job portals and sourcing channels.
- Candidate Management & Screening
- Monitor applications received across all sourcing channels and ensure all candidate leads are properly tracked and recorded.
- Conduct initial screening of applications to assess basic qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements.
- Build and maintain pre-qualified candidate pools to support current and future hiring needs.
- Endorse pre-qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Specialist for further review and next steps.
- Recruitment Operations Support
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting through onboarding coordination for assigned roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to candidates and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Support hand-off of hired candidates to Operations and Human Resources and communicate onboarding updates.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare end-of-day, weekly, and ad-hoc recruitment reports, including sourcing and referral tracking.
- Assist in preparing channel analysis reports and basic post-implementation or hiring activity summaries.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records in assigned recruitment tools and systems.
- Collaboration & Alignment
- Participate in recruiter calibration sessions as required and support alignment with client or hiring manager requirements under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Communicate regularly with the Talent Acquisition team regarding hiring progress, challenges, and updates.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist in reviewing and implementing recruitment tools, processes, and best practices as assigned.
- Other Duties
- Perform other recruitment-related tasks that may be assigned by management to support operational needs and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support (internship or trainee experience is acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and applicant screening.
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms is an advantage.
