Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  3. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively solving challenges.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, developers, and executives.
  7. Implement and optimize Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Qualifications
  1. 2-3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  3. Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  4. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
  7. Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level required).
  8. PMP certification is a plus
Preferred Skills
  1. Strong communication skills (English C1 required).
  2. Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
  3. Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  4. Solid understanding of software design principles & development lifecycle.

Location: Colombia - Bogotá D. C.

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift: 9:00 am - 6 pm OR 8:00 am - 5 pm / Monday to Friday
