We are looking for a Controlling Analyst to join our team in Bogotá.

In this role, you will contribute to monitoring and improving financial performance, partnering with business leaders to support informed decisions and drive profitability and cash performance.

Location: Edificio Brickell Center. Diagonal 92 #17a - 42 piso 5 (Hybrid work)

Key responsibilities:

Support monthly financial closing and reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs and performance indicators.
Monitor actual results against budget and forecast, identifying and explaining relevant variances.
Support budget preparation, forecasting activities and periodic performance reviews.
Assist in the preparation of financial analyses and business cases.
Monitor expenses, cost allocation and purchase order (PO) approvals in line with budget guidelines.
Collaborate with business and operational teams to understand financial performance drivers and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare financial presentations and reports for management stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, FP&A or a similar Finance role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Intermediate English, for financial reports, documentation and occasional meetings with global teams

Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
