DOXA is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to serve as the Tier 3 and final escalation point for complex IT issues across client environments. You will provide advanced support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and troubleshoot network and identity-related problems. Location: Remote – Colombia.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams. Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Colombia time.
