Country Lead — Colombia: Field Operations

Perle AI is building a Latin American data collection network. You own your country, recruit contributors, sign up businesses and run a field team to deliver weekly activity. Expect strong growth, a direct line to leadership, and equity in the company as you scale operations in Colombia.

You will manage ambassadors, coordinate signups, and maintain dashboards and CRM to report weekly results. Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese and English is required, with a degree in a related field.
