Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated HR Policy and Compliance Specialist (Latin America) to join our Human Resources team. The role focuses on designing and implementing a regional HR compliance framework, collaborating with leaders and auditors, and ensuring regulatory alignment across Colombia, Mexico, and other LATAM sites.
The position requires strong knowledge of regional regulations, risk assessment, and fluent English and Spanish communication, with Portuguese a plus.
