As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing strategic locations for our new coffee shops, helping us bring our unique brand to new markets and further our growth objectives.

Position Overview:

The Real Estate Analyst will support our real estate team and expansion efforts by conducting detailed market research, analyzing potential sites, and assisting with site selection and lease negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate analysis, ideally within the coffee, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or retail industry, and will be able to identify key growth opportunities in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to identify and evaluate potential locations for new store openings across the U.S.
  • Analyze site-specific data, including traffic patterns, demographics, competition, and local market trends to support optimal site selection.
  • Assist in the lease negotiation process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Real Estate, Construction, and Development teams to ensure new locations meet operational and brand standards.
  • Maintain accurate site databases, portfolio management tools, and tracking systems.
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports and site evaluation summaries to senior leadership.
  • Track and analyze real estate market trends, recommending adjustments to expansion strategies based on evolving market conditions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, and other industry professionals to facilitate deal-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in real estate analysis or a related field, preferably in the coffee, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or retail sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and real estate software/tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and lease structures.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Results-oriented and proactive.
  • Strong interest in the coffee industry and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to shifting market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate development or site acquisition within a high-growth environment, particularly in the coffee or QSR sectors.
  • Familiarity with mapping tools or location-based software.
  • Understanding commercial real estate markets and trends, especially in retail and QSR sectors.
  • Experience with the construction process and specific site requirements for coffee shops or QSRs.
