Lead TA Operations Specialist at EPAM Systems

Our remote team is seeking an adept Senior .NET Developer.

In your role as a Senior Developer, your duties will be to craft and put into application .NET-based software solutions fulfilling customer requirements. The position involves operating in unison with diverse teams such as Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other Developers. This cooperation is essential to grasp project specifications fully and manufacture high-quality software solutions. A solid technical background based on .NET technologies is a prerequisite, linking with experiences in generating web applications and microservices within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Crafting and applying .NET-based software solutions in line with customer specifications
  • Establishing collaboration with cross-functional groups to comprehend project prerequisites and manufacture high-quality software solutions
  • Engagement in the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing design, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Guaranteeing timely deliveries of software solutions that concord with quality criteria
  • Provision of technical proficiency and support to other team members
  • Aiding in the conception of best procedures and standards for .NET development
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in .NET development with a focus on ASP.NET, C#, and Entity Framework
  • At least one year of experience in steering software development teams, displaying outstanding leadership skills
  • Proficiency in REST and SOAP web services
  • Robust familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience dealing with Docker and microservice architectural patterns
  • Acquaintance with LINQ and other .NET technologies
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and cooperation skills, with experience collaborating with diverse teams
  • English fluency at an upper-intermediate level or higher
