This position is located in the Regional Office for the Andean Region and the Southern Cone (ROCOL), Division for Operations (DO), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Bogotá, Colombia. The Procurement Officer will be part of the overall hub concept on procurement. He / She will work under the direct supervision of the ROCOL Regional Procurement Officer (based in the UNODC Regional Office for Central America and the Caribbean – ROPAN) and overall supervision of the Regional Operations Officer (based in the UNODC Regional Office for the Andean Region and the Southern Cone – ROCOL) and will work under the overall policy guidance of the Chief Procurement Officer of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV)/United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) located in Vienna.
