Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across various roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:
    1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
    2. Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  2. Candidate Screening & Evaluation:
    1. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills and experience.
    2. Organize and conduct preliminary interviews and recommend shortlisted candidates.
  3. Candidate Experience Management:
    1. Manage and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    2. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
  4. Reporting & Metrics:
    1. Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
    2. Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years of proven recruitment experience.
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  3. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  4. Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  7. High level of organization and attention to detail.
