What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in English-speaking call centers
  • 2+ years of continuous experience in U.S. healthcare customer service (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
  • Strong conflict resolution and customer engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (a plus)

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary: 3,000,000 COP + Unlimited Incentives Paid in USD
  • 40-hour workweek – We work less than most companies in Colombia
  • Monday to Friday only – No weekends, ever
  • No work on Colombian or U.S. holidays – Enjoy all your holidays
  • 100% in-office position – A collaborative and professional environment
  • Mainly outbound campaigns – Engage and assist customers with purpose
