We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent for one of our partners in the Medellín area 🇨🇴. Join one of our partners to help improve the healthcare experience in the U.S. for thousands of patients 🏥💙. If you’re empathetic, organized, and love helping people, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Support patients over the phone with appointment scheduling, intake navigation, and general (non-clinical) questions
- Provide clear, accurate answers and ensure a smooth, respectful experience
- De-escalate concerns and offer solutions with patience and professionalism
- Proactively contact patients about test result availability and upcoming care plan events (e.g., annual wellness visits)
- Help patients navigate the website and troubleshoot the patient/member app
- Guide patients to the right care providers and specialists within the network
- Review patient accounts and share updates related to billing and account items
- Collaborate with the concierge team to continuously improve patient experience
- Fluent English & Spanish (C1+ preferred) – strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent active listening and a high level of empathy
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Solid troubleshooting skills and confidence on the phone (multi-line systems are a plus)
- Customer service experience required; healthcare experience is a plus
