Legal Sales Account Manager

Requirements

• Personal injury law firm experience strongly preferred — especially pre-litigation/intake/case management since most of our clients are personal injury other practice areas are ok too workers comp, employment law etc.
• Prior leadership experience — supervisor, team lead, senior case manager, operations manage
• Direct experience communicating with attorneys and/or managing partners
• Strong understanding of how a law firm operates, including intake, case management, staffing, workflows, and case progression
• Ability to evaluate a law firm, identify operational challenges, and recommend specific action items
• Ability to recognize staffing gaps and determine what type of VA/role would solve the firm's problem
• Strong account management/client relationship skills
• Comfortable making 40+ outbound calls per day
• Comfortable with business development — asking for referrals, endorsements/reviews, and introducing additional services
• Must be consultative, not just sales-oriented — able to understand the firm's problem before recommending a service
• Strong verbal communication and ability to confidently lead calls with attorneys
• Strong follow-up, organization, and CRM/account documentation skills
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and work independently without constant supervision
