Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Graduation from college within the past 2 years
  • Knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning

Responsibilities

  • Support Workday implementations across one or more modules, including HCM, Adaptive Planning, Financials, Payroll, and Integrations.
  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and document business needs.
  • Assist with system configuration, business process framework setup, and security role administration under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Perform data validation, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Investigate system issues and support their timely resolution.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
  • Support post-go-live activities, including troubleshooting and system enhancements.
  • Stay current on Workday releases, features, and best practices.
