Discover the Role

We are looking for a Test Analyst to join our Digital Client Platform (DCP) team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end testing activities across global projects and digital platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical experts to ensure integrated solutions, workflows, data transformations, and payroll-related systems meet the highest quality standards before deployment. The role plays a critical part in supporting global client onboarding and platform adoption initiatives across TMF Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end testing activities across multiple systems and integrations.
• Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test execution strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Coordinate test environments, test data, and testing activities across local and global teams.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage defects, track issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Validate data transformation processes, business workflows, and integrated applications.
• Maintain testing documentation, test cases, defect logs, and status reports.
• Support stakeholder sign-off processes and ensure readiness for production deployment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, testing frameworks, and quality best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Operations, Product, and Technology functions.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or similar roles.
• Strong experience with end-to-end testing, defect management, and quality assurance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Experience working in Professional Services, BPO, SaaS, ITO, Financial Services, or Payroll environments.
• Knowledge of Payroll, HR, Entity Management, Accounting, or Finance processes is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within global and multicultural environments.
• ISTQB, PMP, PRINCE2, or other testing certifications are an advantage.
