We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist - Texter to join our team. If you are a confident communicator, have excellent persuasion skills, and are excited about the real estate industry, we want to hear from you

The Lead Manager is responsible for overseeing the generation, qualification, and distribution of leads within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in driving business growth by effectively managing the lead pipeline and ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects to the sales team.

The Lead Manager works closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to optimize lead generation strategies and maximize conversion rates.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST

Saturday Shift: Rotation with other Lead Managers

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in lead generation, lead management, or sales operations.
  2. Proven experience as Real Estate Cold Caller - Team Leader or Lead Manager.
  3. Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools such as CallTools, Go High Level, and Follow-up Boss.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  7. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  8. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Able to monitor and track the production of the marketing specialist to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly metrics are achieved.
  2. Identify new opportunities for lead generation and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  4. Evaluate incoming leads to determine their quality and relevance based on predetermined criteria.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess lead potential and prioritize them accordingly.
  6. Utilize lead scoring methodologies and CRM systems to track lead activity and measure conversion readiness.
  7. Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to cultivate relationships with prospects at various stages of the sales funnel.
  8. Engage with leads through personalized communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media interactions, to provide relevant information and address inquiries.
  9. Coordinate with the Acquisition Manager to ensure timely follow-up and seamless transition of leads through the sales process.
  10. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM database.
  11. Generate regular reports and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Analyze data trends and insights to optimize lead management processes and enhance overall lead quality and conversion rates.
  13. Provide feedback and insights to inform marketing campaigns, product development, and customer segmentation strategies.
  14. Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to promote a cohesive approach to lead management and customer acquisition.
