LOGISTICS COORDINATOR – AFTERHOURS SUPPORT Remote Col.

• At least 6 months of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Experience using McLeod.
• English proficiency at B2+ or C1 level.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Track & Trace: Monitor shipments and provide timely updates on their status.
• Shipment Coordination: Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by following up with carriers and drivers.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve delays, missed pickups, and other transportation issues promptly.
• Communication: Keep customers, carriers, and internal teams informed of shipment updates and exceptions.
• System Updates: Maintain accurate shipment information and tracking records in McLeod.
• After-Hours Support: Monitor ongoing shipments and coordinate urgent situations outside regular business hours.
