¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y gestionar programas de capacitación para empleados, con el fin de mejorar sus habilidades y desempeño. Crearás estrategias de aprendizaje, desarrollarás materiales instructivos y asegurarás que las iniciativas de capacitación estén alineadas con los objetivos del negocio.

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar programas de formación para potenciar las habilidades de los empleados y fomentar su crecimiento profesional.
  • Realizar análisis de brechas de habilidades y evaluaciones de desempeño para identificar necesidades de aprendizaje.
  • Implementar soluciones de aprendizaje virtual y capacitación presencial para mejorar la experiencia de aprendizaje.
  • Colaborar con Recursos Humanos y líderes para alinear las estrategias de capacitación con los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Medir la efectividad de las capacitaciones mediante el análisis del desempeño de los empleados y sus comentarios.
  • Apoyar la implementación de prácticas de talento a nivel empresarial, incluyendo gestión del desempeño y planes de sucesión.

¿Qué Requisitos debes tener?

  • Título universitario en Educación, Recursos Humanos, Administración o campos relacionados.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de talento, capacitación u otras áreas relacionadas.
  • Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos y organización.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Dominio avanzado o nativo del inglés.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
  • Certificación en desarrollo de talento u otras áreas afines (por ejemplo, ATD, SHRM).
  • Experiencia en tecnologías de aprendizaje digital y diseño instruccional.
