¿Qué responsabilidades son las que tendrás como Counsel
  • Redacción y Gestión Jurídica: Elaborar poderes, solicitudes, requerimientos y respuestas a reclamaciones, bajo supervisión, asegurando el cumplimiento de formalidades legales.
  • Coordinación y Seguimiento de Trámites: Gestionar y hacer seguimiento a derechos de petición, reclamaciones, trámites notariales y procesos con entidades públicas, garantizando trazabilidad y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Relación y Comunicación con Entidades: Mantener contacto permanente con notarías y entidades, estableciendo relaciones de confianza, coordinando citas y mesas de trabajo, y resolviendo inconvenientes para facilitar la gestión documental
  • Registro Legal de Actos Jurídicos: Solicitar liquidaciones de impuestos, seguimiento de radicaciones, retiro y envío de escrituras, verificación de inscripciones, digitalización, archivo, control en Excel y coordinación con áreas internas y externas.
¿Que estamos buscando?
  • Licenciatura en Derecho, graduado con diploma.
  • Recientemente graduado, experiencia no necesaria, un máximo de 2 años de experiencia laboral también será considerado.
  • Experiencia en Sector Privado (deseable)
  • Inglés intermedio escrito necesario, suficiente para comunicarse por escrito. (Correos, mensajería instantánea, etc…

  • Competencia informática: MS Office, incluidos Word, Excel y Outlook.
  • Disposición para moverse dentro de Bogotá indispensable.
  • Habilidades de trabajo en equipo
  • Capacidad para planificar y gestionar múltiples proyectos.

  • Habilidades de análisis y resolución de problemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
