DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager in Colombia to coordinate and execute case coverage activities, build vendor relationships, and ensure timely, accurate assignments.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of call center or customer service experience, advanced English (B2+ / C1), and strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
