ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

MUST HAVES

• - 4+ years of strong professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• - Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• - Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical data.
• - Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• - Experience working with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• - Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• - Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• - Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical and data requirements.
• - Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• - Understanding of data quality, data governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• - Experience coordinating or supporting the onboarding of data from enterprise source systems.
• - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple layers of a data solution.
• - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

NICE TO HAVES

• - Experience designing enterprise-level semantic models and reusable datasets.
• - Experience establishing standardized KPIs and reporting definitions across multiple business areas.
• - Understanding of enterprise data architecture and modern data platform concepts.
• - Experience working with ETL/ELT processes and data transformation pipelines.
• - Experience with additional SAP technologies or SAP analytics environments.
• - Experience working in an Agile environment.
• - A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to independently investigate data and reporting challenges.
• - Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, intuitive, and maintainable analytics solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• - Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable business insights.
• - Translate business requirements into appropriate data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• - Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data, understand source structures, and coordinate data availability.
• - Support the onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources.
• - Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the complete flow from source system → data platform → semantic/model layer → Power BI.
• - Collaborate with business data owners and technical teams to improve data consistency, quality, and reliability.
• - Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions instead of isolated reports.
• - Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective data visualization and the use of analytics to support decision-making.
• - Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• - Work in an Agile delivery environment and collaborate with distributed and remote teams.
