THE ROLE

DOXA Talent is looking for an internal Technical Recruiter based in Colombia to help us attract, source, and hire top tech talent. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to build a strong pipeline of skilled professionals. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for technical roles (developers, engineers, data analysts, etc.), understands the Colombian job market, and has excellent English communication skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct research and provide inputs on salary range requests for technical hiring requirements
  • Process information provided in job orders, employ necessary adjustments to standard sourcing and screening methods and assume ownership of technical hiring requirements until closing
  • Perform calibrations with hiring managers on profile requirements as needed and regular internal assessment calibrations to ensure fairness and consistency of evaluations
  • Administer the standard end-to-end recruitment process for every candidate from sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, facilitating assessments, organizing interviews, up to processing and extending job offers
  • Conduct initial interviews to validate candidate experience against requirements specified in a hiring requirement and assess skills, knowledge, availability, and the desire to move
  • Maintain rapport with clients through regular updates on open job orders, weekly reporting, and by providing expert recommendations on hiring requirement issues and candidate concerns
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment standards, processes, and policies
  • Give every candidate a memorable recruitment experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's degree in the related field preferred, not required
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong organization, oral and written English communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
