This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver operational results / KPIs as per targets (e.g.DSO; AR Aging; WOs; RDAs; Unapplied Cash)

• Manage senior stakeholders and Business Partners in achieving targets and commitments.

• Oversight – provides direction,guidance,andcollectionsstrategiesto the GI2C –Collectionsportfolioof a specificregion.

• Supports and providesexpertisefor business partnering(Finance, Customer service, logistics, FP&A, Pricingetc.)

• Dispute escalation – manage customer inquiries and provide resolution. Business partnering with CLS and other groups on updates and problem resolution.

• Influences based on evidence-based decision making.

• Identifiesgaps, builds technical and analytical capabilities, solution oriented.

Qualifications:

Education

• A minimum of abachelor’slevel degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.

• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is preferred.

Required

• Generally,requires8-12YearsWork Experience.

• At least 4-7 years of Management / Supervisory experience is preferred.

• Ensurescompliance with all laws and regulations associated with duties and responsibilities.

• Drives strategic imperatives that improve cash flow and mitigate risk.

• Present results and strategies to senior leadership.

• Influences and champions strategy and solutions.
