Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client Account Management : Interact with insurance companies, address inquiries, and update patient accounts.
  • Data Entry : Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial and insurance data.
  • Policy Verification : Validate patient insurance coverage details and document transactions.
  • Billing and Payment Tracking : Process and monitor payments, ensuring accurate records.
  • Monthly Reporting : Prepare requested reports for internal and client review.
  • Compliance : Uphold data security and adhere to confidentiality standards.
  • Internal Support : Address system tickets and assist in problem resolution.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience : Prior accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or insurance.
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Reporting : Experience with P&L and other financial reports.
  • Analytical Thinking : Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication : Fluent in English (B2 or higher), with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proactive and Flexible : Ability to adapt to different scenarios and act independently.
