Customer Service Associate

Responsabilidades:

  1. Responder de manera oportuna y profesional a un alto volumen de llamadas y correos de soporte por parte de nuestros clientes, asegurando precisión y atención al detalle.
  2. Mantener una alta tasa de retención de clientes de isolved mediante la entrega de un servicio superior y resolviendo las inquietudes de manera efectiva.
  3. Investigar y resolver consultas de los clientes, proporcionando soluciones rápidas y precisas.
  4. Escalar adecuadamente los problemas complejos de clientes y participantes, siguiendo los procedimientos operativos estándar.
  5. Participar en programas de capacitación en servicio al cliente para mejorar tus conocimientos y habilidades, lo que te permitirá ofrecer un soporte excepcional.
Habilidades requeridas:
  1. Habilidades comunicativas fuertes en inglés (hablado y escrito).
  2. Orientación al cliente y motivación para proporcionar un excelente servicio.
  3. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples tareas.
  4. Atención al detalle y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
Condiciones:
  1. Horario de entrenamiento: Lunes a Viernes, de 8:00 AM a 5:00 PM (primeras 4-5 semanas).
  2. Horario de operación: Disponibilidad de Lunes a Viernes, disponibilidad de 7:00 AM a 7:00 PM (turnos rotativos).
Requerimientos:
Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
