Lo Que Harás

  • Gestionar y acompañar todo el proceso de instalación de servicios en la región.
  • Actuar como punto focal entre el equipo de servicios, FEs (Field Engineers), ASMs (Gerentes de Servicio) y demás áreas involucradas.
  • Facilitar la comunicación y garantizar que toda la información relacionada con el proceso esté clara y disponible.
  • Desarrollar e implementar automatizaciones para optimizar procesos.
  • Crear y analizar informes y dashboards utilizando Power BI.
  • Mantener y gestionar bases de datos para apoyar las operaciones.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos y estándares de calidad.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y sugerir soluciones.

Lo Que Necesitas Tener

  • Español fluido (obligatorio), inglés deseable.
  • Grado en Ingeniería Biomédica, Industrial, o disciplinas afínes al puesto.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de procesos y comunicación entre equipos.
  • Conocimientos en Bases de Datos (SQL, Python, Power BI etc.).
  • Experiencia con Power BI para la creación de dashboards e informes.
  • Habilidad en automatizaciones y herramientas de optimización de procesos.
  • Organización, proactividad y excelente comunicación.

Sería Bueno Que Tuvieras

  • Experiencia en el área de servicios o instalaciones.
  • Certificaciones en herramientas de automatización o análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia en ambientes multiculturales.
  • Experiencia técnica en campo.
