A multinational company in the technology sector is seeking a Manager Sales Force Administrator.

-English conversational, essential for the position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and ensure the Sales Force staff management of the external agency, managing the salary compensation scheme based on KPI's review, material resources control and work tools related to the operation.
  2. Assure the quality of the 360° process of the Sales Force operation and evaluation metrics.
  3. Coordinate activities at national level to increase Sales Force productivity levels, brand and market share in all established ways per channel, per account and strategic stores.
  4. Manage Sales Force investments that are directly controllable within agreed financial parameters.
  5. Develop goals and objectives for Sales Force based on data analysis, associated research and company business objective.
  6. Guide zone leaders in developing and implementing strategic plans for their respective zones focused on achieving objectives, and designing strategies to effectively engage customers and leverage those relationships with operators and retailers.
  7. Guide area managers in recruiting, retaining and developing competent and committed employees to perform their duties in the field.
  8. Transmit information and knowledge about the brand, business, culture and product, developing the competencies of the Field Force, enabling the achievement of objectives and achieving a solid base of brand ownership.
  9. Coordination and alignment with the agencies-suppliers authorized by the brand for the management, control, measurement and evaluation of the team, verifying compliance with the KPI's agreed with the suppliers.
  10. Alignment with the Training Manager to develop programs such as webinars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, content and strategies in social networks, which achieve the impact on the operation to achieve the objectives of the brand.
  11. Joint management with the Retail team for the management of In-store Marketing communication resources such as display (branded store furniture), POSM, (POP materials) that are executed through the promotion team.
  12. Control and qualified execution of the brand image at the points of sale.
  13. Alignment with the different areas to meet the business objective.
  14. Preparation of the corresponding reports, plans, budgets, results, etc. related to the corresponding area and position.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor´s degree Business Administration, Finance, International Business or careers related to the position.
  2. Experience between 7 and 9 years leading and managing sales force at national level, preferably in companies in the technology sector.
  3. Problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make informed and effective decisions in uncertain situations.
  4. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a changing environment and cope with sudden changes in job requirements.
  5. Business communication, positive attitude, result oriented and teamwork skills.
  6. Advanced Excel level.
