Con una sólida comprensión en machine y deep learning, el candidato ideal deberá tener experiencia en gestión de proyectos y capacidad para liderar equipos.

  • Desarrollo de Modelos Predictivos: Crear modelos predictivos y descriptivos de machine y deep learning modulables y escalables para interpretar datos y generar valor empresarial.
  • Implementación de Soluciones de Aprendizaje Automático: Desarrollar e implementar soluciones de aprendizaje automático que resuelvan problemas empresariales.
  • Liderazgo y Supervisión: Supervisar el trabajo de Quality Analysts, Data Labelers y otros miembros del equipo de analítica para asegurar el óptimo desarrollo de proyectos.
  • Colaboración Interdepartamental: Representar al equipo ante otras áreas de la empresa, trabajando en conjunto para identificar oportunidades y necesidades de aplicación de IA.
  • Análisis y Soluciones Empresariales: Analizar datos y problemas empresariales, traduciéndolos en soluciones factibles mediante metodologías de machine learning y deep learning.
  • Diseño e Implementación de Modelos: Diseñar, desarrollar, implementar, mantener y mejorar modelos de aprendizaje automático y herramientas de business intelligence.
  • Gestión de Proyectos: Gestionar, controlar, presupuestar y reportar los costos asociados a las herramientas utilizadas en proyectos.
  • Optimización de Procesos: Diseñar, implementar y mejorar procesos operativos para optimizar recursos y resultados.
  • Documentación: Documentar los procesos desarrollados.
  • Experiencia Laboral: 2 años en analítica o ciencia de datos.
  • Jornada Laboral: Tiempo completo.
  • Ubicación: Medellín.
  • Salario: 5.500.000 COP + variable de 550.000 COP.
