We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Care Manager and Administrative Assistant. In this position, you’ll be integral to the smooth running of the organization, overseeing client care while providing vital support to the COO in operational matters. Location: LATAM
Schedule: Part-time. 9 am to 1 pm.
Qualifications:
- A strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- A background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) or healthcare is highly preferred
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in an administrative or care management role is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills:
- Experience with case management software or tools
- Proficient in using Microsoft Workspace: Outlook, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Hubstaff: Web and Desktop Apps, Hubstaff Tasks
- Familiar with Teams: Meetings, Categories, and Channels
