Digital Lead Generation Coordinator

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Lead Generation Coordinator to develop and implement effective strategies that attract, nurture, and convert potential customers. In this role, you will take ownership of the online lead funnel—from campaign creation to performance analytics—working cross-functionally to drive high-quality leads that contribute to our growth objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple digital channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
Campaign Management
- Manage all aspects of digital campaigns, including creative assets, targeting, budget allocation, and optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously refine and improve ad performance, landing pages, and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to optimize lead generation performance.
- Provide regular reports to key stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Automation
- Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows and drip campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Maintain a strong understanding of marketing automation tools to segment and personalize customer journeys.
SEO/SEM
- Oversee SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building to drive organic traffic.
- Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) for cost-effective lead generation.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of (X years) of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major social media ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices.
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
