Job Objective:

Efficiently manage activities related to customer portfolio and treasury operations, ensuring cash flow, liquidity, and compliance with the company's financial obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

  • Oversee and manage the customer portfolio, ensuring timely collections and payments.
  • Conduct credit analysis and assess risk for new and existing clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on portfolio status and accounts receivable.

Treasury Management:

  • Manage daily, monthly, and annual cash flow.
  • Forecast and plan for the company's liquidity needs.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
  • Prepare financial and treasury reports for senior management review.

Compliance and Control:

  • Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations regarding financial operations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze cash flow trends and recommend improvements in financial processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in large organizations.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of treasury management, financial analysis, and portfolio administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and financial tools.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge in Quickbooks is a plus.

Languages: Proficient in English, with the ability to effectively communicate in a business context.
