¿Cuál será tu rol trabajando con nosotros?

Como Semi Senior QA Automation , serás responsable de asegurar la calidad del software mediante pruebas manuales y automatizadas. Además de contribuir al desarrollo de casos de prueba, estarás involucrado en la mentoría de QA Engineers junior y colaborarás en la revisión de los procesos de QA. Tus responsabilidades incluyen:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar casos de prueba más complejos, asegurando que todas las funcionalidades cumplan con los requisitos definidos.
  • Automatizar pruebas utilizando herramientas como Selenium, Capybara, RSpec y Cucumber, optimizando la cobertura y eficiencia del testing.
  • Colaborar en la revisión de procesos de QA, asegurando la implementación de mejores prácticas.
  • Mentorizar a QA engineers junior, apoyándolos en su desarrollo y asegurando la calidad de su trabajo.
  • Realizar pruebas manuales utilizando herramientas como TestRail o Zephyr, para casos que aún no se pueden automatizar.
  • Rastrear y gestionar errores utilizando Jira, trabajando de manera proactiva con los equipos de desarrollo y producto.
  • Colaborar en la integración continua utilizando Jenkins, CircleCI o GitLab CI.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de rendimiento básicas con JMeter y pruebas de seguridad con OWASP ZAP, asegurando que el software sea estable y seguro.
  • Trabajar en un entorno ágil, usando metodologías como Scrum y Kanban para asegurar la entrega continua de valor.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Buscamos a alguien con sólida experiencia en aseguramiento de calidad y automatización de pruebas, con un enfoque colaborativo y proactivo . Lo que necesitamos de ti es:

  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en aseguramiento de calidad de software, incluyendo pruebas automatizadas y manuales.
  • Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de automatización de pruebas como Selenium, Capybara, RSpec y Cucumber.
  • Familiaridad con frameworks de pruebas en Ruby como RSpec o Minitest.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de pruebas manuales como TestRail o Zephyr.
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de seguimiento de errores como Jira.
  • Básico conocimiento en pruebas de rendimiento usando JMeter y en pruebas de seguridad con OWASP ZAP.
  • Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de integración continua como Jenkins, CircleCI o GitLab CI.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en entornos ágiles usando Scrum o Kanban.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para colaborar con otros equipos y mentorizar a los miembros junior .
