What You Will Do- Conduct accessibility audits and report violations.
- Use automated tools to detect common issues and perform manual testing for deeper insights.
- Test keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and dynamic content updates.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure accessibility from the design phase.
- Document issues, log them in bug tracking software, and create compliance reports.
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA/testing with a focus on accessibility.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, and Section 508 standards.
- Hands-on experience with automated tools (Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE, Pa11y).
- Proficiency in manual testing using NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, ChromeVox.
- Familiarity with mobile accessibility testing (iOS/Android).
- Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Asana).
- IAAP certifications (CPACC, WAS) are a plus.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
