Responsabilidades- Planificar, coordinar y supervisar el desarrollo de proyectos tecnológicos, asegurando la entrega en tiempo, presupuesto y alcance.
- Definir objetivos claros y crear planes de trabajo efectivos que alineen al equipo con la estrategia del cliente.
- Gestionar recursos, presupuestos y riesgos , garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y normativas.
- Facilitar la implementación de soluciones tecnológicas , asegurando la entrega de valor constante y la mejora continua.
- Resolver conflictos y asegurar la colaboración entre los diferentes equipos de trabajo.
- Adaptar la gestión a entornos tradicionales y ágiles , fomentando la flexibilidad y la eficiencia en cada proyecto.
- Experiencia comprobada en gestión de proyectos tecnológicos en diferentes metodologías (ágil y tradicional).
- Habilidades en alineación estratégica, control de recursos y presupuesto , y gestión de riesgos.
- Capacidad para asegurar la entrega de calidad y valor , impulsando la mejora continua en cada fase del proyecto.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y resolución de conflictos .
