Job Summary
Billing Associate - Grado 7
Descripción del trabajoEste puesto procesa facturas y crea y distribuye varios informes de facturación. Él / ella imprime, revisa y ensambla facturas, prepara ajustes de facturación y realiza investigaciones según sea necesario. Este puesto presta gran atención a los detalles y garantiza que todos los pasos del proceso de facturación del sistema se sigan en el orden adecuado.
Responsabilidades:
- Prepara conciliaciones diarias y analiza documentos fuente.
- Garantiza la precisión de los registros de los clientes y responde a las consultas de los clientes según sea necesario.
- Identifica, investiga y resuelve cualquier error o disputa de los clientes.
- Edita la información relacionada con la facturación, actualiza la facturación del cliente y garantiza que se incluya la documentación de soporte adecuada.
- Revisa los contratos de los clientes para conocer nuevos precios y actualiza las listas de excepciones de los clientes.
- Crea y procesa entradas y revisiones de facturación manuales y compara la facturación con las tarifas de los clientes.
- Procesa transporte o cargos dentro del alcance mediante entrada de clave.
- Agrega y mantiene información y requisitos de la cuenta del cliente dentro de varios sistemas de facturación.
Requerimientos:
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
- Competente en Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint y Excel intermedio 70%
- Licenciatura en carreras administrativas o afines
- Inglés 70% (Intermedio)
- Trabajo en Site 7:00 - 17:00 (Posibilidad de trabajo hibrido)
