We will count on you to:

Perform tasks related to quoting, binding, and servicing new and renewal accounts to assist clients

Help develop new products by addressing client needs

Respond to client requests for information, coordinating with other departments as necessary

Keep senior-level Brokers and Supervisors updated regularly

Assist in the production of placement slips, cover notes, and policies, and in tracing payment and collecting premiums

Maintain business relationships to enhance client service

Train new employees and monitor workflow for smooth operations

May analyze documents, bond forms, banking terms, and General Agreement of Indemnity for surety transactions

May analyze financial statements with specific knowledge of unique industry financial metrics

What you need to have:

• University Degree in Engineering or BA, or final semester student
• Strong communication skills for good working relationships
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Proficiency in English
